You will have to install this melee fix patch if you want to use the +59 trainer made by Wilsonso for the game Resident Evil 6, it will fix the missing melee moves.
To install the patch, copy the "nativePC" folder and then overwrite the one in your game folder.
The default location for the game folder is "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Resident Evil 6".
